1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Migrasconf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at migrasconf.center and our cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our website or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Migrasconf provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning (regular, deep, and maintenance cleaning)
- Commercial cleaning (offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties)
- Specialized cleaning services (move-in/out, post-construction, window cleaning)
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and our established procedures.
3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Service Requests
Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Migrasconf.
3.2 Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found at the service location.
3.3 Scheduling Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to collection procedures.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
5.2 Migrasconf Cancellations
If we need to cancel a scheduled service, we will provide as much notice as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds may be provided for services not performed or performed unsatisfactorily, at our discretion and after investigation of the complaint.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
- Ensure safe access to all areas to be cleaned
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items
- Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service delivery
- Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special access requirements
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Insurance Coverage
Migrasconf carries general liability insurance and bonding for our employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.3 Damage Claims
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve them fairly.
8. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The issue must be related to our cleaning service
- The property must remain in the same condition as when we left
- The complaint must be specific and reasonable
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Safety and Security
Our employees are trained in safety procedures and carry identification. We follow strict security protocols to protect your property. However, we recommend that you:
- Secure valuable items and important documents
- Inform us of any security systems or procedures
- Provide clear instructions for property access
11. Environmental Policy
We are committed to using environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices whenever possible. We use biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning supplies that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Migrasconf and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
15. Severability
